Shipping Rates

Mountain Flora offers a flat rate shipping fee of $5 on all orders under $100 (pre-tax).
Orders $100 or more (pre-tax) qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and any carrier delays beyond our control.

All shipments are sent via USPS.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to specific locations.

• Delta-8 THC Products:
  We do not ship Delta-8 THC products to:
  Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington.

• THCa Products:
  We do not ship THCa products to:
  Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island.

If your order includes restricted products and you reside in one of these states, those items will be removed and refunded, and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
